    ASG series fume extractors can be used for dealing with CNC machines, Benches, Grinders and many other machines that may cause fume. It s widely used in bearing, metal processing industry and Benches.

    HOW IT WORKS:

    • The ESP cell includes ionizes part and collection part. Ionize part is made up of ionize wires, they re placed between the grounded boards and charged by high voltage, The particles in the air will be charged negative or positive when going through the ionize part.

    • Collection part includes many parallel boards with high voltage DC electricity, it becomes electric field, the charged particles are attracted by the grounded boards, the charged boards repel the charged particles at the same time. Thus the particles can be removed with high efficiency.

    • To remove the particles, the air need to go through the collection part at a certain air velocity, A ventilation fan will meet the request.

    • Technically, if a 1 m particle with specific gravity 1,The electric power will be 3000 times as gravity, if a 10 m particle with specific gravity 1, the electric power will be 300 times as gravity. This explains how come the ESP works with high efficiency.

    Installation:

    Working Process:

    The fume caused by machine is blown into the PVC tube, Go through the pre-filter and into ESP, The fume will be extracted by the ESP, Clean air will be exhausted by the fan.

    Power-on test:

    There re 3 cables for ESP, Red and green connect the 220V/AC, Yellow/green connect the grounding. The resistance shall be less than 2 . Connect the power, The Green light will on, and Red light will be off, You can hear the noise  Chi  which from the ionize part. The machine is running good.

    You may hear  Pa, Pa  from the ESP, its normal.

    If there s continues such noise, It means there re some particles in the ESP cell, Such as the tube dust or other big things, Please turn off the power, wait for 1 minute, Open the door, Take out the cell and clean it. Run it again after cleaning. Please call is if problem still exists.
